We also offer on a very limited basis a Cowboy style buck hunt which is held in a remote portion of the ranch where you can hunt either from horseback or on foot. Hunting will be done only with old-style centerfire lever action rifles with iron sights.

Meals are prepared and served from an authentic 1800s chuckwagon by an award winning chuckwagon cook. After a day's hunt, you'll enjoy sitting around the campfire listening to stories from others in your hunting party, before you turn down your bedroll in your very comfortable tent.

We began holding the cowboy hunt about 14 years ago, and it was met with very much enthusiasm. An early booking is a must for this limited hunt. Included in this hunt are three days of hunting, one mature buck of your choice, guide service (2X1), tent camp, cots and bedroll (you may bring your own bedroll if you would like), horses and tack, airport pickup and return, three meals a day, and the satisfaction of knowing that you will truly have a wonderful hunting experience that will remain in your memories forever.
